Gujarat Technological University(GTU) along with its more than 486 affiliated colleges will conduct exams from 2 July for 1.2 lakh final year students of all departments. The registration is starting from 19 June where students are independent to choose the option of online or offline mode of examination.
GTU is the first university which is allowing the students to choose their own exam mode. The Vice Chancellor of GTU,Prof. Navin Sheth said that offline mode exam will be conducted from 2 July and online mode exam will be from 21 July. This decision has been taken to resolve the tension of the students and their parents.
By keeping the safety precautions of Covid 19 in mind the exam will be conducted. During exams social distancing will be maintained in the examination hall and thermal scanning will be done to all the students.
