New Education Policy 2020 : Equipping students with 21st Century Skills through PARAKH

Standard-setting body PARAKH (Performance Assessment, Review and Knowledge for Holistic Development) will be set up for the implementation of New National Education Policy 2020 said the Ministry of Education.

PARAKH will set norms, standards for student assessment and evaluation and help school boards shift their assessment pattern towards meeting 21st century skills requirements.

It is going to be considered as Examination and Assessment Reforms under New Education Policy 2020. Parakh is to formulate guidelines in order to ensure equitable access and opportunities for all students with learning disabilities. It will guide all boards of examination towards more competency and assessments.
