Webinar on “Soft power tools and the role of films in India China relations” postponed

Chennai: The webinar with the well known experts is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. The event was earlier scheduled to be held on 19th June.

Today, the moderator, Joe Thomas Karackattu (IITM China Studies Centre) notified that the rescheduled date would be conveyed in due course.

The live session aims to reappraisal of how China and India receive each other’s Cinema and whether the use of films could be revived as a vital tool of digital diplomacy to promote better understanding between the two countries.

Till the reschedule date is conveyed, the moderator,Joe urged the participants to co-operate and understand the situation.
